Visitor business sectors
As before, the majority of the visitors represented the traditional areas of bakery, pâtisserie and confectionery. The proportion from the area of catering /hotel industry continued to increase.

Visitor quality

  • 76 % of visitors were responsible directly or indirectly for purchasing and procurement decisions. Therefore the quality assessment of the specialist audience is very positive.

Visitor interests
The visitor interests (please see graph) indicate the main motives for attending FBK.

Overall satisfaction of visitors

  • Overall satisfaction with the trade fair: 95% (satisfied or very satisfied)
  • Satisfaction with the exhibits: 92%
