Every two years, approximately 210 exhibitors from home and abroad present their goods and services to around 23,000 visitors in a gross exhibition space measuring over 22,000 m². At FBK you can find out about the latest trends and innovations and make decisions on future investments. FBK stimulates inspiration and an exchange of ideas in a pleasant environment.
The extensive range of exhibits is aimed primarily at the bakery, pâtisserie and confectionery sector. Given the current move towards diversification by businesses in the direction of take-aways, snacks, coffee, gastronomy and catering, great importance is also placed on these areas. On Saturday, 21 January 2017, the first «Rendez-vous FBK» toke place, an opening event for exhibitors, FBK visitors and interested parties from the sector, with an exciting lecture on commercial trends relevant to this business sector. Trends and innovations will also be addressed during the trade fair in the «FBK Trend Forum» and in the «Innovation zone».
